Share Care develops a comprehensive
plan of care based on the needs and lifestyle choices of
each individual. Our goal is to support our clients in
choosing residential locations, potential
employment/volunteer opportunities and participate in
recreational/social events. Share Care is committed to
allowing our clients to maintain as much independence and
social interaction as possible.

Early Steps

disabilities and developmental delays ages birth to three
years old.
Share Care
provides family service coordination in order to help
provide access to different resources and services that
Early Steps offers to help children get off to a great
start.
